In an attempt to develop commercial areas in its various Estates/IMTs of HSIIDC has been earmarking sites for commercial use.

Permissible uses:-

i) Commercial tower,

ii) Cinema hall/ Multiplex,

iii) Shopping Malls,

iv) Convenience shops/Booths, SCOs, etc,

v) Restaurant,

vi) Serviced Apartment/ Hotel/ Motel,

vii) Wayside amenities, Eating Joints, Fuel Filling Station,

viii) Any other permissible use.

Some of the Commercial sites allotted by HSIIDC include:-

• M/s DLF Ltd for recreation & leisure project at Gurgaon – 350 acres.
• M/s Brahma Centre Dev. Pvt. Ltd. at Gurgaon – 12.20 acres.
• M/s Ultra Home Constructions for Commercial Towers in Sector 2, IMT Manesar - 6804 sq.mtrs.
• M/s Uppal Housing for Commercial Towers in Sector 2, IMT Manesar - 6804 sq.mtrs.
• M/s Ajay Enterprises for Commercial Towers in Sector 2, IMT Manesar - 5832 sq.mtrs.
• M/s Raheja Builders for Commercial Towers in Sector 2, IMT Manesar - 4032 sq.mtrs.
• M/s Ascot Ltd. for Service Apartment at Sector 1, IMT Manesar – 4 acres (approx).
• Sites for Booths/DSS/TSS at IMT Manesar, IE Kundli & IE Karnal etc. varying sizes – 48 sq. mtrs. to 144 Sq.mtrs.
