HARYANA STATE INDUSTRIAL & INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION LIMITED, PANCHKULA

CIRCULAR

Sub: Grant of relief to the allottees of HSIIDC in case of surrender of industrial plots/sheds.

In view of the present economic scenario, it has been decided that the industrial plots/sheds allotted by the Corporation and surrendered by the allottees between 1.1.2008 to 31.12.2009, on account of adverse impact of the economic melt-down conditions, be allowed without deduction of the 10% price of the plot, provided the allotment is not older than two years.  However, interest/penal interest already received from the allottees in such cases shall not be refunded.  This one time relief shall not be available to those allottees whose plots/sheds have been resumed by the Corporation on account of non-implementation of the project or any other reasons.
