The Corporation has its Corporate office at Panchkula. It is having 6 branch-offices and 21 field offices/ Industrial Estates in Haryana and Delhi. Addresses and telephone Nos. of the offices are available in the Website under Annexure I & II of RTI Act,2005. The activities/ functions of the Corporation are available in the website.

The powers and duties of its officers and employees.

The powers and duties of Officers and officials / employees are decided by the Board of Directors/HODs/ Controlling officers and in terms of service rules and regulations.

The procedure followed in the decision making process, including channels of supervision and accountability.

Different powers have been delegated by the Board of Directors to its officers at various levels for performing their duties. In order to exercise supervision and fix responsibility, various control/ accountable measures are in place.

The norms set by it for the discharge of its functions.

Norms, as approved by the Board of Directors, are the guiding principals for discharging its various functions.

The rules, regulations, instructions, manuals and records, held by it or under its control or used by its employees for discharging its functions.

For discharging various functions, employees of the Corporation use various manuals, circulars and other instructions issued to them from time to time. All manuals are available in the ISO Certification cell and circulars in the Library wing of the Corporation.

Documents as required under the law, rules and regulations are held by the Corporation.

All the shares are held by the Haryana Govt. The information/ schemes of the Corporation are reflected in the Newspapers / website, in the interest of the Public, from time to time.

The Corporation is a Public Limited Company, wholly owned by Government of Haryana. Various committees as per requirement of the Corporation are formed on the approval of the Board or directions by the top management. Public is not entitled to participate in the Board meetings /Committees and minutes are not accessible to public.

List of Board of Directors of the Corporation is available on the website of the Corporation. Any person interested in seeking the information about any other employee/officer can approach the Corporation in this regard. The list of officers designated as First Appellate Authority, State Public Information Officer and State Assistant Public information officers with their address and contact numbers of offices are available on website as Annexure I & II under this Act for reference.

The monthly remuneration received by each of its officers and employees, including the system of compensation as provided in its regulations.

Remuneration of Officers/employees is fixed as per the Service rules and regulations.

The citizens can visit various Head Office/Branch offices of the Corporation for obtaining information regarding facilities/services provided by the Corporation. Further, the citizens can also surf Corporation’s website www.hsiidc.gov.in for getting the upto date information. The public can also approach State Public Information Officers/ State Assistant Public Information Officers for obtaining information not available on the website.

Right to Information Act,2005

Quantum of Charging fee

  1. An application for obtaining any information under sub-section (1) of section 6 of the act shall be accompanied with a fee of Rs.50/-.
  2. For providing information under sub-section (1) of section 7, of the act the fee shall be charged from the applicant at the following rates, namely:-
    1. Rs.10 for each page in A-4 or A-3 size paper, created or copied ; and
    2. If information is to be provided on a large size of paper than that of specified in clause (a), the actual cost price of such a paper shall be charged.
  3. For providing an information under sub-section (5) of section 7, of the act the fee shall be charged from the applicant at the following rates, namely:-
    1. Rs.50 for providing information in a floppy;
    2. Rs.100 for providing information in diskette ; and
    3. If information sought is of such a nature, which is contained in a printed document of which a price has been fixed, then that information shall be provided after charging the price, fixed for that printed document. However, if only an extract or page of such a printed document is asked for, then a fee of Rs.10 per page shall be charged.
  4. No fee for inspection of record shall be charged, if such an inspection is made for one hour only. However, if inspection is made for a period of more than one hour, then a fee of rupees ten shall be charged for every fifteen minutes in excess of first hour. Every fraction of the period above fifteen minutes, shall be construed as a complete period of fifteen minutes and it shall be charged as full period of fifteen minutes.

Note:-

1.      No such fee shall be charged from the persons who are of below poverty line.

2.      The above fee may be paid by way of cash against Proper Receipt or by demand draft or bankers cheque payable to "HSIIDC LTD" Panchkula.
