Corporation has its Corporate office at Panchkula. It is having 6
branch-offices and 21 field offices/ Industrial Estates in Haryana and |

The powers and duties of Officers and officials / employees are decided by the Board of Directors/HODs/ Controlling officers and in terms of service rules and regulations. |

The procedure followed in the decision making process,
including channels of supervision and accountability. |
Different powers have been delegated by the Board of Directors to its officers at various levels for performing their duties. In order to exercise supervision and fix responsibility, various control/ accountable measures are in place. |

Norms, as approved by the Board of Directors, are the
guiding principals for discharging its various functions. |

Corporation use various manuals, circulars and other instructions issued to
them from time to time. All manuals are available in the ISO Certification

The Corporation is a Public Limited Company, wholly owned
by Government of Haryana. Various committees as per requirement of the
Corporation are formed on the approval of the Board or directions by the top
management. Public is not entitled to participate in the Board meetings
/Committees and minutes are not accessible to public. |

List of Board of Directors of the Corporation is available
on the website of the Corporation. Any person interested in seeking the
information about any other employee/officer can approach the Corporation in

address and contact numbers of offices are available on website as Annexure I
& II under this Act for reference. |
